Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Bill's Men's Shop has been in operation over 40 years. Our store first opened in 1961.

Q: What are the main brands you carry?
A: We're a Clark's flagship store as we carry their entire men's line of shoes and some of their women's shoes as well. Other brands we have include: Timberland, Merrell, Skechers, Dr Martens, Brutini, GBX, Caterpillar, Wolverine, Dansko, Woolrich, Quick Reflex, Jockey, Frye, Rockport, and NPS

Q: How often do you receive new merchandise?
A: We receive shipments of new merchandise weekly.

Q: Can I special order a particular shoe style or size?
A: Yes. Special orders usually take 7 to 10 working days and require you to put down a nominal deposit upon ordering. If the merchandise you have special ordered is not in stock with the manufacturer, or is discontinued, your deposit will gladly returned to you.

Q: You also carry clothing. What brands are most frequently stocked?
A: The brands we most frequently stock include: Arrow shirts, Woolrich jackets, shirts and pants, and Quick reflex knits, pants, shirts, ties, socks, underwear, and belts.

Q: What is the largest and smallest shoe size you carry?
A: The largest sizes we carry are size 14 mens. The smallest size, for some of our European collection shoes, is size 4 mens.

Q: Do you carry children and women's shoes?
A: We don't carry children's shoes but try to carry many unisex styles that fit both and women's sizes. For children's shoes please call Houston's shoes in downtown Berkeley.

Q: Do you carry tennis shoes (sneakers?)?
A. We currently do not carry sneakers. However, there is a Footlocker close by.A: Bill's goal is to carry shoes built of the highest quality. As a result, we carry brands that are known for their reputation in quality and that are built to last. Our most popular brands are Clarks, Timberland, Sperry, Merrells, Dr. Martins and Skechers.

Q: What is the your return policy?
A. You have seven full days from the date of purchase to return items for a full cash refund. All returns much be accompanied by the receipt and the merchandise must be in new condition. If not in possession of the receipt, you can exchange the items for others items of equal or lesser value. However, the item you are returning for an exchange must be in its original condition.
